The Role
As a Junior Call Centre Marketing Sales Advisor, you will be part of a dynamic team engaging with customers over the phone, promoting products and services, and generating sales. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who enjoys building rapport, thrives in a sales environment, and is eager to develop a career in marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products and services
- Respond to inbound enquiries with product details and solutions
- Promote client brands in a professional and persuasive manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored offerings
- Work towards and achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign success

- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different campaigns
- Previous call centre, marketing, or sales experience is an advantage but not required
