About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Junior Call Centre Sales Advisor to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people over the phone, building rapport, and driving sales through excellent communication. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries, and promoting our products and services to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
- Handle inbound calls, answering questions and providing accurate information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Update and maintain the customer database with accurate records.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales calls with current campaigns.
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident, motivated, and target-driven.
- Positive attitude and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- No previous experience required – full training provided.
