As a Junior Call Centre Operator, you will play a vital role in contacting potential and existing clients, delivering key marketing messages, and assisting in generating new business leads. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote marketing services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally
- Record call outcomes and client information accurately in the CRM system
- Support sales and marketing teams by qualifying leads and setting appointments
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while engaging with clients
- Follow company scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent communication
Skills and Qualifications
- Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and CRM software
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus but not essential
