Role Overview:
As a Junior Call Centre Brand Associate, you will be the first point of contact between our clients’ brands and their customers. You will represent brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first approach, while supporting marketing campaigns and helping to drive brand awareness through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers on behalf of client brands.
- Promote products, services, and campaigns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer customer questions, provide information, and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align call scripts with campaign objectives.
- Meet and exceed performance targets for customer engagement and conversion.
- Ensure brand values and messaging are consistently communicated.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Positive, energetic, and professional phone manner.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
