Role Overview
As a Junior Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and prospects. You will support the marketing team by handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with campaign-related communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote marketing campaigns and services
- Handle inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information about our marketing products and services
- Record and update customer details and feedback in the company database
- Assist in setting appointments and forwarding leads to the sales or marketing team
- Achieve individual and team targets for call volumes and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and messaging
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Friendly and approachable telephone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- Basic IT skills, including experience with CRM systems or Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is a plus but not essential
