Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Brand Call Centre Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our brand campaigns by engaging with customers over the phone, providing product information, and promoting brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to promote brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Engage with potential and existing customers to share product and service information.
- Assist in the execution of brand marketing campaigns through call centre activities.
- Collect and manage customer feedback to improve future campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and campaign progress.
- Work closely with the marketing and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for marketing and brand engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
