Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Call Centre Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for engaging with clients and potential customers, providing exceptional service, and supporting marketing campaigns through outbound and inbound calls. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in marketing, sales, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously.
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Support marketing campaigns by contacting potential leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve targets.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous call centre, customer service, or sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
