Love people? Love detail? Love turning opportunities into bookings? Read on.

At edyn, we create soulful hospitality for the modern traveller. Our spaces aren’t just places to sleep – they’re places to live, connect and explore. Behind every stay is a team that makes it all happen – and right now, we’re looking for a Corporate Reservations Executive to help us convert high-value opportunities and build brilliant relationships with our biggest clients.

If you're commercially driven, people-savvy and passionate about delivering standout service, this could be your perfect next step.

What you’ll be doing

As our Corporate Reservations Executive, you’ll be right in the middle of the action – managing enquiries from our largest clients and agency partners, and turning them into confirmed bookings that delight.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

  • Convert day-to-day enquiries from corporate and agency partners into high-value bookings

  • Build strong relationships with our key clients, becoming their go-to for all booking-related support

  • Work closely with Sales and Account Managers to truly understand client needs and service expectations

  • Negotiate with internal teams and clients to close bookings that work for everyone

  • Go on familiarisation trips with Sales to strengthen client relationships and promote our spaces

  • Become an expert in our full edyn portfolio across Europe – from Locke to Cove and beyond

  • Share your knowledge with the wider reservations team to keep standards high across the board

  • Drive revenue through upselling and room upgrades

  • Always be one step ahead on policies, promotions, systems and service standards – ensuring every client interaction feels seamless

  • Bring our “Soulful Hospitality” to life with every booking

About you

We’re looking for someone who’s got a sharp eye for opportunity, a great phone manner, and the confidence to manage client relationships at a senior level. You’ll be friendly, organised, and just as focused on service as you are on sales.

You’ll also have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in sales or reservations in the hospitality or serviced apartment industry

  • Knowledge of the European hospitality market (bonus points for this!)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and juggling multiple client needs

  • The initiative to offer creative solutions and make decisions that benefit both edyn and the client

  • A curious mindset – always wanting to learn, explore and do better

Why grow with edyn?

We’re not just offering you a job – we’re offering you a place to belong, grow and thrive. Here's what you can expect:

  • A quarterly bonus scheme

  • 25 days’ holiday (plus the option to buy more)

  • Wellbeing support – including a cash plan and Employee Assistance Programme

  • Free nights in our properties (yes, really!)

  • Recognition schemes that reward your impact

  • A great pension plan (tax efficient too)

  • Sick pay and tailored benefits to suit your lifestyle

Sound like your kind of role?

Apply now to join us as Corporate Reservations Executive and play a key part in delivering incredible service, winning new business, and shaping what soulful hospitality really means.
