Reservations and Event Coordinator

Linthwaite House is part of the Leeu Collection’s luxury hospitality portfolio, due to continued growth and increased business demands we are expanding our team.
We are looking for a detailed orientated and experienced Reservations and Event Coordinator to join the Leeu family in our beautiful Hotel overlooking Lake Windermere.
As you are often the first point of contact for guests and our teams, you must have great communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. You must be able to demonstrate having delivered an intuitive and exceptional guest experience in a similar environment and your attention to detail will be key.
This is a fantastic admin based opportunity for a hospitality professional with a passion for excellence, attention to detail, and a strong background in managing both reservations and event operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the daily operations of the reservations and events departments
- Ensure seamless booking processes and exceptional guest experiences
- Manage and coordinate events from enquiry through to execution
- Work closely with all departments to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction

- Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- A proactive approach and ability to thrive under pressure
