Salary: £36,000-38,000 annually (subject to experience)

About the Role

This is a dynamic, guest-focused role combining event planning, reservations, and restaurant responsibilities. You will:

· Manage and coordinate private dining and group bookings from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up for all venues

· Handle all reservations and table management using SevenRooms

· Be the brand ambassador for all guest communications

· Proactively communicate with guests via phone, email, and messaging platforms to confirm bookings, note preferences, and ensure a smooth experience

· Maintain detailed records of guest profiles, event specifics, and feedback

· Liaise with the operations team to ensure readiness for all group bookings, events and special bookings

· Communicate and coordinate with host teams across all sites to ensure consistency and high service standards

· Send timely confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups for all reservations and event enquiries

· Host role when on site schedules working with Managers and the team

Requirements

·Previous experience in reservations, events, or host/front desk roles

·Proficiency in SevenRooms is essential

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·Confident, warm, and professional guest manner

·Strong attention to detail, especially in guest preferences and confirmations

·Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and during busy service times
