The role
- Selling websites to new customers who enquire about a website
- Selling websites to new customers who enquire about a website and following up customers (leads) who have enquired in the past
- Helping clients on the phone & email explaining how to use their websites
- First point of contact answering phone & emails
- Setting up off the shelf websites for client using our software (training provided)
- Helping customers with problems
Essential experience
- Experienced in sales
- Experienced in customer service
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills essential
- Attention to detail
Beneficial experience
- Knowledge of websites and eCommerce

So, who are we & what do we do?

- We’re a team of 5
- We’re a web company that specialises in providing websites for Antiques dealers (www.AntiquesWebDesign.com) and also have an online marketplace especially for antiques and vintage items; www.AntiquesBoutique.com
- Our ready-made websites are customised for each client and we provide training on how to use our websites and keep them up to date (which is what you'll be helping us do).
- Our clients are mainly small businesses with 1-5 employees.
Particulars
Part time position available to fit around family / childcare etc (we already have two young mothers working part time after returning from maternity)
Location: Work from home (or office is Iron Gate, Derby)
Salary: £26,500 to £32,500 / year DOE (based on full time hours). Plus "we'll pay without excuses" bonus scheme for sales and client retentions!
