- Delete outdated pages and migrate relevant information to the internal intranet, ensuring the website remains focused and uncluttered.
- Reach out to relevant stakeholders to gather input and update specific content areas, ensuring the website reflects the latest information and developments.
- Develop a fresh and modern design that enhances the overall look and feel of the website.
- Implement design changes that improve navigation, accessibility, and usability for all users.
Selection criteria:
- Experience using Haiku
- Experience with website content audits, updates, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint).
- Understanding of modern web design principles, accessibility (WCAG), and user experience best practices.
- Ability to manage timelines, delegate tasks, and track progress across multiple workstreams.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with content owners, profile holders, and technical teams.
- Ability to identify outdated or inaccurate content and ensure all updates are precise and relevant.
- Capable of creating clear handover and maintenance documentation for future site upkeep.
