This is a 12-month maternity cover role with real potential to become permanent as we continue to develop. If you're someone who is patient, loves solving problems, building relationships, and making a difference – this could be the perfect fit!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering friendly, helpful support for our business management & booking platform via phone and email to our amazing customers.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving like a pro – helping users get the most out of our system.
- Spotting opportunities to go the extra mile and make our customers feel valued.
- Presenting customer demonstrations.
- Onboarding new customers
- Working in our dedicated, creative team to improve and evolve our services.
- Helping us expand our international presence while keeping UK customers supported and smiling.
What We’re Looking For:
- A people person who genuinely enjoys helping others and making a difference.
- A passion for equestrian life, technology or both!
- Clear, confident, and professional communication skills – both spoken and written.
- A curious mind - someone who loves digging into issues and figuring things out.
- Experience in customer support (B2B or B2C), ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Super organised – you can juggle multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly.
- A team player who brings positivity and energy to every conversation.
- Patient, calm, and composed – even when customers become frustrated.
The Role:
- Contract: 12-month maternity cover, with the potential to become permanent
- Location: Hybrid – Home and up to 2 days office based in Milton Keynes
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30am – 7:00pm (1 hour for lunch) Training will be office based for the first two weeks, 9:00am-5:00pm
- On call 1 weekend a month, with additional pay
- Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 per annum plus bonus
- Start Date: ASAP – we’re ready when you are!
