Where do you fit in?
We are looking for a forward-thinking Website Creator to join our expanding Product Team. Your core role will be designing high-performing, high-converting websites for our client base. In this role, you’ll harness generative AI to rapidly build out initial website concepts, then refine and optimise them for performance, ensuring strong conversion, clean design, and SEO best practices. You’ll collaborate closely with our PPC and SEO teams to deliver high-impact websites that don’t just look good but perform brilliantly.
Key responsibilities:
- Use generative AI tools to build initial website structures and content tailored to client objectives at scale.
- Refine and enhance AI-generated sites with strong UX/UI principles, ensuring high performance, visual polish, and brand consistency.
- Optimise websites for conversion and SEO, balancing speed of delivery with quality and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with PPC, SEO, and content teams to ensure each site aligns with wider marketing goals.
- Conduct performance reviews of sites post-launch, making iterative improvements based on data and user feedback.
- Stay on the pulse of AI design tools, no-code platforms, and web performance trends to continuously enhance output.
- Take full ownership of projects, from brief to build to handover, delivering on time and to a high standard.
- Champion innovation—sharing ideas, testing new processes, and helping evolve how we build websites at scale.
Required skills
- Able to take full ownership of projects
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers to ensure we consistently produce first-class designs
- Solid understanding of UX principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A mindset of continuous learning and experimentation, especially with emerging digital and AI tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on design quality, performance, and functionality.
Desired Skills:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development.
- Experience with data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with no-code or low-code web platforms
- Familiarity with AI design and content tools
