(THREE DAY) AFTERNOON/EVENING Part Time Sales Order Processor
Foodspeed Ltd is a rapidly expanding food service company that supplies fresh dairy products to the Hotel, Restaurant and catering industry. We supply over 500 prestigious clients within London and the surrounding areas from our distribution centre in Hayes, Middlesex.
We are seeking an enthusiastic person for order processing in the evenings for next day delivery to our clients. You should provide a high level of customer service through accurate sales order processing, promotional and sale activity, complaint and query handling and all relevant administration, including collating and sorting of delivery notes and producing picking lists as well as price changes and stock query handling.
Key to this role is to ensure that orders are processed in time , with all paperwork produced ready for all deliveries to be despatched from Midnight, and that all customer contact is handled professionally, courteously and efficiently, with the responsibility of being proactive. You will also be liaising with the night distribution team assisting with routing changes and load planning.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to communicate on a variety of levels, and comfortable working independently and efficiently and within time frames. Have accurate order processing skills working in a fast paced dynamic environment. They should have experience with all Office applications, be highly numerate and have a good confident telephone manner with an excellent command of English and Good IT knowledge and skills,. Whilst training will be provided it would be helpful if you have had experience in a Call Centre, Telesales or customer service environment.
Please note this is an afternoon/evening part-time permanent position.

Bank Holiday Weekends/workings may be subject to change.
£14.00 per hour
Experience: - At least a year of Data Entry and Order Processing.
Sunday- 4pm-10pm & Monday to Tuesday - 6pm-Midnight
