Qualifications:
- Recognisable Level 3 or 2 Childcare qualification or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus e.g. Safeguarding, Pediatric 1st Aid, Food & Hygiene, FGM, and Prevent Duty is desirable
- A sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Statutory Guidance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and supervision to children in a nursery setting, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Implement early childhood education programs and activities that promote learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive environment.
- Maintain organized records of children's progress and activities.
- Collaborate with team members to manage daily operations and enhance the overall childcare experience.
