This post is full-time, 35 hours per week and fixed term until 31st July 2026.

In support of this strategic aim, our Careers and Enterprise Team, part of the Business Engagement and Graduate Futures Directorate, is seeking a Graduate Intern to support the Talent Bank scheme, a programme offering paid part-time roles to Westminster students.
A key responsibility of this post will be to provide administrative support to the continued development and scaling of Talent Bank, through assisting with the recruitment process, events and with promotional activities, under the close direction of the Talent Bank Officer and Professional Experiences Manager.
The postholder will be expected to contribute ideas for increasing participation and engagement in the Talent Bank, to upload advertisements, produce job pack resources and to respond to hiring manager and student queries regarding the scheme.
