Be the driving force behind exceptional talent at Evri

At Evri, we know that great people build great businesses. That’s why we’re looking for an Internal Talent Specialist who’s not only passionate about recruitment but also lives and breathes our values: Do the Right Thing, Cost Leadership, Be Dynamic, and Deliver for Customers.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be more than a recruiter — you’ll be a strategic partner, a brand ambassador, and a coach. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead recruitment campaigns, shape hiring strategies, and guide a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to success — all while ensuring every candidate has an outstanding experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to shape hiring plans and bring the right talent on board.
  • Lead high-volume and specialist recruitment campaigns with creativity and confidence.
  • Coach and develop a Talent Acquisition Resourcer, helping them grow and thrive.
  • Champion the Evri brand through innovative sourcing strategies and engaging candidate experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, universities, and industry networks.
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve how we attract, assess, and hire talent.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment (in-house or agency).
  • A consultative approach and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and trends.
  • Experience managing or mentoring others (a plus).
  • A full UK driving licence and a proactive, people-first mindset.

Our Behaviours – What We Value in You

Do the Right Thing

  • Champion fairness, inclusion, and respect.
  • Act with integrity and listen to diverse viewpoints.
  • Consider environmental and social impact in decision-making.

Cost Leadership

  • Build a high-performing culture through support and focus.
  • Tackle challenges head-on and plan for the unexpected.

Be Dynamic

  • Encourage growth and development in yourself and others.
  • Embrace change and celebrate innovation.

Deliver for Customers

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Why Join Evri?

Be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that values innovation and inclusion.

  • Make a real impact by helping shape the future of our workforce.
  • Enjoy agile working, development opportunities, and the chance to lead exciting projects.
  • Work in a business that’s growing fast, with a culture grounded in respect, trust, and ambition.
