We are a well-established financial institution seeking an experienced Banking Hub Assistant to join our team in Cowdenbeath. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with banking experience to contribute to the efficient operation of our customer service and banking facilities.
As a Banking Hub Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Banking hub. You will assist customers with their banking needs, process transactions, and help maintain the high standards of service our customers expect. The role requires an individual with previous banking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Provide information on banking products and services to customers.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of customer information.
- Handle cash and maintain proper cash levels in the hub.
Requirements:
- Banking / Postoffice Experience is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of banking software and systems is preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs of the business.
