Social Media Coordinator (UK & Ireland)
The Role
We're looking for a passionate and skilled Social Media Coordinator to join our team in the UK and Ireland. At Vinci Hair Clinic, our mission is to restore confidence through world-class treatments, and you'll be the person to amplify this message.
This is a full-time, on-site role, preferably based in London or Manchester, where you will be the key driver of our digital brand. You'll work closely with our Managing Directors, taking ownership of our social media presence from content creation to community engagement and event coordination. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and ready to make a significant impact on our brand's growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Content Strategy: You will develop and manage our content calendars, creating and publishing compelling posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
- Community & Engagement: You will build and nurture our online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and identifying potential client leads.
- Event Planning: You will take the lead on planning and executing Open Days at our clinics to showcase our services and generate new business.
- Campaigns & Collaborations: You will help manage and support partnerships with influencers and content creators to boost our brand visibility.
- Analytics: You will track key metrics and provide regular performance reports to help us refine our strategy and stay ahead of trends.
Who We're Looking For
- A professional with 2+ years of experience in a social media role, ideally in the beauty, healthcare, or lifestyle industry.
- A strong copywriter with a solid understanding of all major social media platforms.
- Someone with great organisational skills and a passion for our mission.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe is a plus.
- You must be comfortable withon-site work and travel to our clinics.
