Marketing & Social Media Assistant
Chester | 3–4 Days per Week (Tuesday–Friday) | Flexible Hours

DD Group is expanding! We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media Assistant to join our in-house team across our four dynamic brands:
- www.ddclinical.com
- www.ddmedicaluk.com
- www.ddclinicalacademy.co.uk
- www.ddhairandbeauty.co.uk
Each of these brands is active across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram – making a total of 12 social media accounts to manage.
We also have:
- A Google My Business account (local SEO & updates) for each business sector
- A group-wide LinkedIn company page for B2B communications and brand presence
The Role:
We’re looking for a creative, organised, and proactive individual to support the day-to-day delivery of digital marketing campaigns and social media content across all platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook (12 accounts total)
- Post updates and content to Google My Business and LinkedIn
- Support digital marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
- Capture and edit photo/video content
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Respond to messages, comments, and reviews in a warm, professional tone
- Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Assist with basic website updates and email campaigns
- Attend occasional events to capture live content
- General support to the Group Marketing Manager across all business areas
Requirements:
- A passionate, friendly, and positive personality
- A willingness to learn and get involved in all areas of marketing
- Creative thinking with an eye for detail and brand tone
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient with Canva and scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer
- Comfortable capturing and editing photo/video content
- Able to work independently but also collaborate within a small team
- Previous marketing or social media experience is a plus, but not essential
Working Hours & Benefits:
