Job Overview
We are seeking a creative Social Media Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, developing engaging aesthetic content, and enhancing our brand visibility across various platforms. Whilst also helping with day to day operations of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media management and public relations, with a passion for personal development/the gym.
Duties
- Shoot and edit aesthetic social media content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Engage with followers and community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Help with over all running and management of the business (eg, reply to emails emails, market research.)
Requirements
- Proficiency in canva and cap-cut.
- An interest in personal development/the gym.
- An eye for aesthetics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Creative thinking skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
Ideally but not required
- Experience in social media management or a related field.
