We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is your chance to become part of a fast-paced and rewarding environment where your sales and customer service skills will be valued and developed.
This is a hybrid role and will be split 50/50 between logistics and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor consignments from the warehouse to the point of delivery.
- Troubleshoot freight company issues.
- Handle customer requests and complaints.
- Processing returns.
- Log and record delivery issues – must be Excel trained.
- Assist with raising claims.
- Assist with raising reports to help determine whether delivery KPI’s are being met.
- Processing orders and quotations with accuracy using our integrated WMS system.
- Inputting data from incoming telephone sales accurately.
- Explaining services and products to customers and analysing product suitability.
- Learn new products and develop a confidence to upsell to maximise sales.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset
- Previous industry experience is a plus but not essential

- Full-time, permanent role (Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00)
