Ford Windows Limited are recruiting for an experienced and Senior Customer Care Coordinator to work within our fast-paced installations department.
Experience within a similar environment and role is essential. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, a confident telephone manner and the ability to prioritise work. Accurate and up to date records must be kept at all times whilst meeting personal and team targets.
Salary offered will be dependant on skillset and experience., company bonus scheme will apply. The hours required are 37.5 per week, Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm and Friday 8am – 1.30pm.
The role is full time, permanent and available immediately with the head office based in Sheffield.
Role Details:
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication – via telephone and email.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/team targets and call handling quotas
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Handling complaints
- Ordering stock (where applicable)
- Reporting to management
- Assisting the team by performing the tasks with them
