We’re seeking a full-time Lettings Lifestyle Co-Ordinator to join our busy Lettings Department. This office-based role is ideal for someone with an acute attention to detail, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
No prior experience is required — although industry and previous administrative experience is a plus, full training will be provided to help you settle in. What matters most is a professional telephone manner, confidence in multitasking, and readiness to adapt to a varied and busy workload.
You will be providing vital administrative support to our negotiators and management, helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Typical responsibilities will include:
- Drafting letters and documentation
- Liaising with utility companies at the start and end of tenancies
- Entering referencing information into our system
- Organising safety certification renewals
- Issuing and following up on maintenance work orders
- Supporting inbound calls as required

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:45 to 17:30, with the option to work Saturday.
