We provide advice to many of the UK’s leading law firms, accountants and property developers. As the UK’s foremost independent experts in Capital Allowances, our team will ensure that our clients receive the maximum tax relief that they are entitled to.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Survey Co-ordinator to join our team in Worcester. This office based role is primarily focused on managing the diaries of our Surveying team, booking surveys and liaising with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, appointments and manage calendars.
- Answer and direct phone calls and handle email correspondence.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
- GCSE Maths and English.
- Proven administrative or office support experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management or CRM software is a plus.
