We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pensions Assistant to join our Payroll team, supporting over 19,000 colleagues across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to a first-class pension service.
What you’ll be doing:
- NMW checks on a periodic basis , administer pension requests, opt-outs and changes across multiple payrolls.
- Assist with Pensions Auto-enrolment tasks, reporting and compliance with The Pensions Regulator.
- Assisting with reconciliation of pension contributions files prior to submission to pension provider.
- Be the first point of contact for pension-related queries.
- Deliver clear and timely communications to colleagues.
- Provide management information and support internal reporting needs.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in payroll administration within an office setting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Trustworthy with confidential data and compliant with GDPR.
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for creating a great place to work.
Desirable (but not essential):
- CIPP Payroll Technician qualification.
- Experience with SAP payroll systems.
- Knowledge of current UK payroll legislation
