Self Employed Handyperson
Location: Beeston, Leeds
Hours of Work: - 5 hours per week
Pay - £20 per hour

About the Role
Sugar Mill is a mixed use business park located in Beeston, Leeds. The site is made up of two large office buildings and various outbuildings.
Job Purpose
As a self employed maintenance / handyperson at Sugar Mill, you will be responsible for attending site regularly to assist with repairs and maintenance around the building.
Primary Responsibilities
· Conducting general maintenance and repairs to ensure the safety and ongoing functionality of the premises
· Undertaking general repair work to fixtures, appliances and equipment (including minor plumbing and electrical tasks)
· Install or assemble new fixtures, appliances or equipment
· General upkeep such as painting, installing fixtures, and basic repairs to plumbing and electrical systems
· Working with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the facility
Skills and Experience
· Own insurance (preferred)
· Good problem solving skills
· The ability to safely operate a variety of machines and tools
· Basic plumbing, electrical, decorating and carpentry skills
· Experience of working in a maintenance / handyperson role
Own transport and tools are essential for this post.
