Decorator / Handyperson – 32k-35k – London
Are you a hands-on person with a great eye for detail and a passion for making spaces look their best?
We’re looking for a reliable, skilled Decorator / Handyperson to join our property maintenance team. If you're confident with a paintbrush, handy with tools, and take pride in finishing a job to a high standard, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Interior and exterior painting and decorating (walls, ceilings, woodwork)
- Surface preparation (filling, sanding, priming, etc.)
- Minor plastering and touch-ups
- Basic handyman tasks (e.g. shelving, flat-pack assembly, small repairs)
- Occasional small carpentry, tiling, or flooring repairs
- Supporting general property maintenance as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Strong decorating skills and a keen eye for finish and detail
- Comfortable working on a variety of property types (residential/commercial)
- At least 1+ year experience in decorating or general maintenance
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
