*IDEAL STUDENT TERM TIME ROLE *
A small and friendly Broomhill based student lettings company offering high quality student accommodation seeks a handyperson/general assistant.
Working as part of a team in a friendly environment, you will be required to assist with varied physical and practical work including the following:
- Miscellaneous property maintenance (small repairs)
- Gardening
- Jet Washing
- Collecting and building new furniture
- Removing old furniture
The successful applicant will be hardworking and have an eye for detail. Own transport and clean driving licence is essential. Mileage allowance offered. Previous DIY experience is an advantage.
Summer hours: Flexible hours to suit. 1 to 2 days per week.
