We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team! You’ll play a key role in helping buyers and tenants find their ideal homes, while delivering an outstanding level of customer service to both clients and landlords.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to email and phone enquiries.
- Proactively contact potential buyers for new properties on the market.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate sales between buyers and sellers.
- Address and resolve queries from both buyers and sellers.
Lettings Duties
- Handle lettings enquiries via email and phone.
- Match tenants with suitable rental properties.
- Arrange and conduct rental viewings.
- Process reference and credit checks for prospective tenants.
- Ensure tenant and landlord requirements are aligned.
- Address landlord and tenant questions and concerns professionally.
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage client paperwork and booking appointments accurately.
- Assist with general office administration, including reception duties.
- Register new applicants (buyers and tenants) and update records.
- Promote properties using various marketing techniques and platforms.
- Actively tout and canvass for new instructions and properties.
- Ensure all listed properties comply with health and safety regulations.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- The ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in property sales or lettings (preferred but not essential).
- A valid UK driving licence (if travel is required).
