Sales & Lettings Administrator
- Sketty /Swansea Branch
- Basic Salary starting from £22,800 - £24,500 (depending on experienced)
- Additional Commissions & Earning Opportunities available
- Full Time Hours – 35hrs per week
- Full Time Hours – Monday – Friday 9am-5pm plus alternate Saturdays 9am-130pm (time off in lieu on any week a Saturday is worked) (35hours a week)
We are looking for a detail-focused and highly organised Sales & Lettings Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the sales and lettings department, supporting the team, ensuring compliance, managing client communication, and coordinating property transactions.
Job Description
- Preparing and sending out contracts and managing relevant data
- Conducting AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks
- Conducting tenant referencing
- Managing sales and lettings boards
- Preparing properties for move in & document preparation
- Scheduling and follow up on gas safety certificates and renewals
- Answering phones and responding to messages in a professional and timely manner
- Booking and confirming property viewings and valuation appointments
- Diary management for a busy office
- Providing front-of-house for the branch and carrying out ad hoc admin tasks
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Is comfortable handling compliance tasks (AML, Gas Safety, Referencing)
- Is a confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property CRM systems (SME experience desirable)
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure
- Experience in offering high levels of customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for clients
- Friendly, professional, and a team player
Desirable Experience
- Experience working in Estate Agency or within a similar role.
- Exposure to Estate Agency Software, property portals etc.
- Local to the area with a good knowledge of Swansea & the surrounding areas.
