The Team Leader plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of operations and products in accordance with our quality management system. Responsibility for test & Inspection of manufactured and supplied parts from our internal or external supply chain. To take a proactive role in the day-to-day leadership of the inspection team.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Supervise and coordinate the inspection team
• Time, attendance and performance management of inspection team
• Assign inspection tasks and ensure coverage of all areas
• Provide guidance, support, and training to team members
• Ensure test and inspection activities are carried out in accordance with our internal procedures
• Track and verify implementation of corrective and preventive measures that impact the cost of quality.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities List:

• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Planning of workload to ensure a constant flow of work
• Strong communication skills and collaboration
• 3-5 years of experience within Aviation
• Working to tight deadlines
• Work closely with all functions, progressing and verifying actions and reporting on issues affecting quality
• Continuous improvement
• 6S knowledge / implementation

• Participates in preparing all necessary documentation for reporting acceptance/rejection of inspected and/or tested items
