We are currently recruiting for a Quality Inspector at our Netherton facility.

Role Overview
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the precision, reliability, and compliance of our aerospace components. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards will directly impact our products’ performance and safety
What's the job?
o Working within the AS9100, ISO9001 standards
- Able to interpret engineering drawings and inspect to those requirements.
- Programming and use of coordinate measuring machines (QCT, Inspect 3D software)
- Use of general measuring equipment including micrometres, surface testers and DTI’s
- Maintaining route card completion.
- Interactions with manufacturing personnel.
- Working within a team of quality related personnel.
- Working with First Article Reporting methods (Aerospace).
- Ability to operate & communicate within all functions and levels within the business.
- Can use Microsoft Office (Excel, & Word)
- Utilise the business MRP system
- Work to local works instructions and quality control documents.
- Must have a good eye for detail.
- Ensures adherence to the Environmental Health & Safety policy at all times
Knowledge, experience & qualifications
- Knowledge of AS9100 Rev D, ISO9001: 2015
- Experience of CMM programming ideally but not essential
- Experience working within the Aerospace industry
- Able to demonstrate a good understanding of measurement evaluations
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the business
- Compiling of FAIR reports for customers
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Pay negotiable dependent on experience
Working Hours
Mon-Thurs 7:30-4:30pm
Fri 7:30-12:30pm with optional overtime until 3:30pm
