Sales Negotiator for Market Leading Estate Agent
OTE; £35,000+++
Schedule: 5 DAY WEEK
- Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6.30pm
- Saturday: 9am - 5.30pm (Day Off in the Week)
Your Responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for qualifying applicants, identifying their needs, showcasing suitable properties, and negotiating offers.
Your Skills and Experience:
- You have a demonstrable track record of success within residential property sales.
- You are target driven and have consistently met/exceeded KPIs (calls, viewings, offers and sales).
- You have a strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of the London property market.
- You are proactive and tenacious.
- You hold a valid driving licence AND OWN A CAR
