Sales Negotiator – EweMove Boston
Overview
We’re on the lookout for a proactive, friendly, and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join our small but ambitious team here at EweMove Boston. Right now, we’re a team of just two, but we’re growing – and this is a fantastic opportunity to get in early, make a real impact, and grow with us.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of helping people move into their dream homes, guiding them through the process with professionalism, care, and a genuine passion for property.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating new business leads and spotting opportunities for growth
- Listening to clients to understand their needs and property preferences
- Organising and hosting property viewings for prospective buyers or tenants
- Identifying and offering additional services to enhance the client experience
- Managing the full sales progression process, ensuring smooth and timely completions
- Marketing properties effectively across various platforms and channels
- Negotiating sales agreements between buyers and vendors
- Handling the administration involved in property transactions
- Providing informed advice on market trends, pricing, and legal requirements
- Building lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Confidence in managing all aspects of the sales process
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to succeed
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a bonus, but not essential
- A full UK driving licence (required)
