The Role
We are seeking an Experienced Negotiator with a proven track record in residential sales to join our friendly team in Wotton-under-Edge. The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum 2 years’ experience as a sales negotiator in residential estate agency. You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, conducting viewings, negotiating sales, and progressing transactions through to completion.
This is a full-time position to include every other Saturday (with a weekday off in lieu).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and provide constructive feedback to buyers and sellers
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to securing successful sales
- Help manage our portfolio of properties, maintaining strong client communication
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other relevant parties
- Prepare marketing materials for properties, including descriptions
- Keep up to date with local market trends and property values
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and industry standards
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve collective goals and targets
What We're Looking For
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong local market knowledge (Wotton-under-Edge and surrounding areas desirable)
- Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Well-presented, articulate, and professional at all times
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
