Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Property Consultant to join our team. As a Property Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your expertise in the local property market will be invaluable in providing accurate valuations and guiding clients through the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to assess current property trends
• Provide guidance to clients on property valuations and pricing
• Manage property listings and promote properties through various channels
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
• Coordinate property viewings and inspections
• Ensure all relevant paperwork and contracts are completed accurately
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property sales or lettings
• Strong knowledge of the local property market in Chelmsford, Essex
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software
• Certification in property or real estate is desirable
