We specialise in residential and commercial sales and lettings, working with a diverse client base including individuals and companies, both local and overseas. Known for our personal approach, professional standards, and deep market knowledge, we are now looking for a proactive and experienced Property Valuer to join our successful team.
Role Overview
As a Property Valuer at Pinewood, you will be a key ambassador of the business, responsible for carrying out accurate valuations, securing new instructions, and delivering excellent client service. You’ll play a vital role in growing our portfolio and maintaining our reputation as a trusted local estate agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out market appraisals and valuations of residential and commercial properties
- Deliver expert advice to clients on property pricing and marketing strategies
- Convert valuations into listings by building trust and demonstrating value
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with AML and ID verification protocols (including use of Gazeal)
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, landlords, and colleagues to ensure a smooth process from instruction to completion
- Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and referrals
- Stay informed on local market conditions and industry trends
Requirements
- Proven experience in a property valuation or estate agency role
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A strong understanding of the Chesterfield and surrounding property market
- Confident in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Professional, self-motivated, and target-driven
Desirable
- Familiarity with AML procedures and ID verification systems (e.g. Gazeal)
- Experience with both residential and commercial properties
- Membership of a relevant industry body (e.g. NAEA, ARLA) is advantageous

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
