Job Title: Property Investment Consultant
Location: Leeds
Salary: Up to £28,000 Basic (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £70,000+ in Year 1

We’re recruiting a driven and commercially minded Property Investment Consultant to join a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced investment agency. This role is ideal for a confident closer who understands sales cycles, builds trust quickly, and thrives on hitting ambitious financial targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contacting warm leads and converting qualified enquiries into sales
- Advising investors on suitable buy-to-let, off-plan, and high-yield property opportunities
- Conducting virtual and in-person consultations to understand client goals and match investment products
- Building long-term relationships with both new and repeat investors
- Managing a personal sales pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Keeping up to date with market trends, investment returns, and product availability
- Working to (and exceeding) individual revenue targets in a supportive team environment
Requirements:
- Proven sales success in property, investments, financial services, or similar sectors
- Strong understanding of property as an investment vehicle
- Consultative sales approach with excellent communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and money-driven
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and persuasive way
- Well-organised and confident working to KPIs and revenue goals
