*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organisation. If you have a passion for connecting with people and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. *Duties* - Utilise various recruitment platforms and tools such as Taleo, Salesforce, and ATS to source and screen candidates - Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements - Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other channels - Manage the recruitment process from start to finish ensuring a positive candidate experience *Skills* - Experience with HRIS systems like Workday, PeopleSoft is advantageous - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders - Proficient in relationship management and maintaining professional networks
