· Liaise with the Quality Assurance team to manage inspections and address any non-conformances swiftly.

· Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions where defects or deviations occur.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations specific to modular construction.

Continuous Improvement

· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce build times, and improve finish quality.

· Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives and participate in cross-departmental improvement teams.

· Support the implementation of modular construction best practices and innovation.

Mandatory Responsibilities

· Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations, including those related to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ).

· Promote a culture of mutual respect, teamwork, and accountability on the production floor.

· Represent the company and its values professionally at all times.

Performance Indicators

· Delivery of bathroom pods in line with project deadlines and specifications.

· Reduction of waste and defects through proactive planning and quality control.

· Team performance and engagement levels.

· Compliance with safety standards and audit outcomes.

Personal Attributes

· Clean, organised, and methodical approach to work.

· Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or above (desirable).

· Practical experience in modular construction or prefabrication (highly desirable).

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, construction specifications, and SOPs.

· Familiarity with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) processes and construction sequencing. (desirable)

· Working knowledge of modern manufacturing and construction methodologies.
