We’re a specialty espresso bar rooted in simplicity, precision, and genuine hospitality. With our second location now open in Gloucester, we’re expanding - and that means we’re looking for someone who’s as excited about great coffee as we are.
What We’re Looking For:
You don’t just make coffee - you care about it. You’re reliable, friendly, and thrive in a buzzing environment. You bring good energy, a great attitude, and aren’t afraid to get stuck in when it gets busy.
Ideally, you have some barista experience under your belt, but more than anything, you’re eager to learn, grow, and be part of a close-knit, passionate team.
You are:
- Punctual, dependable, and a great communicator
- Ideally experienced in specialty coffee (or a similar setting)
- Obsessed with quality and detail
- Confident under pressure and comfortable flying solo or with a team
- Curious, kind, and up for learning new things
- Happy to work a mix of weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
- Genuinely enjoy chatting to people and making their day
Bonus Points (but not deal-breakers):
- You can dial in espresso and filter like a champ
- Your latte art is on point (or you’re eager to get there)
- You’ve worked with top coffee equipment before
- You already know your V60 from your Aeropress
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making consistently great coffee
- Handling day-to-day tasks, from till to clean-downs
- Helping open and close shop
- Keeping the space clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Contributing to a team that genuinely cares about what they do

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
