Office Administrator
POD Signs & Graphics is looking to hire an office administrator - full time or part time - to be responsible for the general operation of our office.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to ‘make a difference’ within a small family run business, which
aims to provide a good, friendly and efficient service to our existing and new customers.
Ideally, you will need to have prior experience in office administration, although equally important is a desire to
become an integral part of a small hardworking team. A competitive salary based on experience is available to the right person.
Job Duties include:
- Reception duties, including answering incoming calls and meeting with customers
- Answers emails and correspondence with customers and suppliers
- Processing and progressing jobs
- Processes purchase and sales invoices
- Files and archives accurate records
- Contacts customers and suppliers throughout the production process
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 37 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
