As a People Partner, you’ll play a key role in enabling high performance and a thriving culture by working closely with managers across your business area. Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and development to engagement and organisational change. If you're passionate about people, data-driven in your approach, and ready to make a real impact, this is the role for you.
What makes you a great fit:
- Previous experience in a similar HR partnering role
- CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Confident advising and influencing at all levels of the organisation
- Skilled in coaching managers and supporting organisational change
- Passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and HR systems skills
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working at pace
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professional judgement
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary People contact for designated teams or departments
- Build strong relationships with managers and employees
- Translate business objectives into people plans and initiatives
- Provide expert advice on performance, employee relations, and wellbeing
- Coach managers to embed good people practices
- Support organisational change, restructures, and team development
- Partner with Finance on headcount planning and budget management
- Collaborate with Talent teams to support recruitment and development
- Deliver a seamless employee lifecycle experience
- Lead or support cross-functional People projects
- Use people data to identify trends and influence action
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders
- Continuously improve people processes and documentation
