People Operations strives every day to meet the needs of our employees by continuously identifying and improving strategies to enhance operational efficiency and provide an outstanding employee experience.
We are looking for a seasoned People Practitioner to handle complex employee inquiries requiring cross-functional collaboration for efficient and timely resolution, with a laser focus on exceptional employee experience and customer service delivery. You will be part of the global People Ops team based in the UK, reporting to the Director, People Ops.
What you'll do:
- Serve as trusted partner in the employee experience by leading and owning the end-to-end resolution of complex queries/issues.
- Work with the Director, People Ops and serve as a strategic partner to managers and leaders, understanding their goals and aligning People Priorities to support business objectives
- Collaborate with other people teams to develop plans for talent development
- Continuously project manage active employee inquiries working with other departments in TTD to drive complex issues to resolution for the employees within defined SLAs ensuring high quality, consistent service delivery
- Proactively identify avenues of opportunity and work with other departments in TTD to improve processes for better employee experience
- Actively participate in the creation and documentation of process improvements with a focus on automation
- Interpret and apply policies and procedures and discern matters that should be escalated as appropriate.
- Analyze metrics/KPIs, reporting/adherence to recommend and implement continuous process improvements
- Deploy initiatives in the local business and contribute to the design of local and (at times), global HR initiatives.
- Be a change champion and drive organisational change initiatives and support culture transformation as required
- Other projects as needed.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience working in HR Business Partner, HR Operations Project Manager on a team in a senior level role handling complex employment inquiries.
- Experience supporting employee populations across multiple countries in EMEA
- Strong ability to build trust, along with demonstrated ability to drive and lead results in solving complex employee issues with sensitivity, diplomacy and discretion.
- Stellar communication skills, conflict management and resolution skills with experience in delivering sensitive messaging of all types to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Strong project management and multi-tasking skills- taking end-to-end ownership of complex employee inquiries.
- Practical understanding and experience across key HR functional areas, processes, and practices, including both technical and non-technical functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with all levels of the organisation and across functional areas.
- Agile and able to adapt as projects and priorities change and able to remain composed, positive, and gritty in the face of any setbacks or challenges.
- Able to understand and appreciate different and opposing perspectives and to discover solutions and build consensus.
