What We’re Looking For

You don’t need recruitment experience, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Here are some of the qualities that will help you succeed:

  • Good organisational and administrative skills with confidence using Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when managing paperwork and sensitive data.
  • Friendly, confident communicator—both verbally and in writing.

  • Calm under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for process improvements.
  • Trustworthy and professional when handling confidential information.

A Few Things to Note:

  • This is a split-site role, so you'll need to be able to work from both our Clifton Moor and Holgate locations in York.
  • Due to the nature of our peak season, annual leave will be restricted during the contract period.
