EXPORT OPERATOR – FREIGHT FORWARDING

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Export Operator to join our friendly team.
We offer a relaxed but professional atmosphere within our office, with a casual dress code.
Please note this is an office-based role, working 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Required Skills for the Role as follows:
- At least 2 years’ experience in either Sea and/or Air Exports
- Able to process clearances on CDS (Customs Declaration Service)
- High Attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and multitask.
- Enjoy working within a team.
- Computer literate (preferable Excel experience)
Key Responsibilities of the Role as follows:
- Manage shipments departing from the UK including Customs declaration, documentation and arranging collections.
- Track shipments and update and support clients in the shipping process
- Deal with customer service enquires and queries.
- Process invoices
Salary dependent on previous job experience and skills.
