Carkus solutions ltd are a leading manufacturer of kitchen and bedroom furniture we primarily manufacture and supply to the trade industry. As a result of our rapid growth we have moved to larger premises in Stourbridge. We have an exciting opportunity to grow our team and we are looking for a specialist skilled assembler to join our us.
Must have experience in assembling kitchen cabs
The role of a specialised Assembler
Experience in the kitchen manufacturing business assembling and quality checking to a high standard.
Able to do pull outs, talls, specials and in frame
Experience of working in a busy factory environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to work in a fast paced, target driven production working environment
Keen eye for detail
Able to meet deadlines
Good time keeping and attendance
Responsibilities
- Assemble cabinets according to specifications, ensuring precision and quality in each unit.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow in the warehouse environment.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working with tools and materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
Counterbalance FLT license preferred but not essential
Experience in assembling kitchen carcase
First aid trained but not essential
