About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Protection Insurance Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in processing protection applications and working with CRM systems, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process mortgage protection insurance applications accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth application handling
- Maintain and update client records using our CRM system
- Monitor application progress and follow up on outstanding documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Provide administrative support to advisors and underwriters as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in processing protection insurance applications
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (360 Dot Net)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of mortgage protection products and industry practices is a plus
